Horn Fingering Chart: A horn fingering chart listing the most common fingerings. Blank Staff Paper: Blank staff paper you can use for writing out exersices, composing music, or making striped paper airplanes. Long Tones and Articulations: The goal of this exercise is to aid in developing an even, beautiful sound on a long tone while changing dynamics and articulations. Flexibility and Low Range Exercise: This exercise is intended to help develop a connected slur while extending the middle and low registers. Harmonics Exercise: An exercise utilizing the natural harmonics of the horn to aid in extending the high register. Scales, Arpeggios, and High Range Exercise: Among the many uses for scales, this exercise is intended to help develop an even articulation as the horn player changes register quickly. Full Range Flexibility Exercise No. 1: This exercise is designed to develop an even transition through the entire register of the horn. Full Range Flexibility Exercise No. 2: An extension of the above exercise with a larger range. |
